  • creates product images designed to hide defects or depict features that the real product does not have;
  • uses deceptive keywords, competitor names, or marketplace metadata.

4. Intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights

You may upload and process only content that you own or are authorized to use. You may not:

  • copy protected product photography, packaging, logos, characters, designs, or text without permission;

You may not:

  • probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls;
  • automate access through unapproved scripts, scraping, bots, or account farms;
  • circumvent generation balances, file limits, rate limits, trial restrictions, or payment controls;
  • share, transfer, sell, or lease accounts or generation balances;
  • use MerchDraft to build or train a competing model or service without written permission;
  • misrepresent usage, hide request origin, or interfere with provider safeguards.

7. Ecommerce seller responsibilities

Before publishing output, you must:

  • compare the listing and images with the real product and packaging;
  • verify every measurable fact, compatibility statement, certification, warning, and performance claim;
  • add legally required instructions, disclosures, labels, age restrictions, and safety warnings;
  • follow Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, advertising-network, and local marketplace policies;
  • keep evidence supporting claims and promptly correct inaccurate content.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and limit generations, remove stored content, suspend accounts, block transactions, or terminate access. We consider severity, repetition, intent, harm, legal requirements, and opportunities to remedy the issue.

We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect people or the service, or investigate fraud and security incidents.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service, provider rules, marketplace requirements, or relevant risks change. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and additional notice where appropriate.

10. Report misuse

To report suspected abuse, infringement, unsafe output, or illegal activity, email [email protected]. Include the relevant account or content details and supporting information. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
